Fang and Jingles met in 2010, when Jingles was in three other bands, and Fang performed solo around Brooklyn and Manhattan. The two began collaborating in 2011 and by 2012, Look, a Fang! was playing shows in and about Brooklyn.
Working from their shared love for the likes of At the Drive In, Babes in Toyland, and PJ Harvey, Fang and Jingles redefine the alt-rock of their youths with the sensibilities of the mad and modern Brooklyn rock scene. When not at the studio or on stage, Fang head-bangs and thrashes out support for local bands and DIY venues. Jingles, of math rock powerhouse Manawi Thorn and punk outfit Serious Heart Attack, leaves his cage in the studio for performances only.
